Happy Friday- BWSC#50 and CCT

Can I get a YAHOO?!? It is the weekend and I have a some what mild one. I only have a card swap on Saturday and Sea World or the Lake on Sunday- another church day missed :( But hey- I can pray anywhere right? I was so excited for the weekend- that I hurried up and did Beate's Weekend Sketch as fast as fast can be (at least for me) and it also works for the Cute Card Thursday Challenge which was to use some DP (Designer paper)

Graduation Congrats!

I LOVE my Cricuit. I was asked to make some graduation cards and I didn't have much to choose from- so I "busted out" my cricuit and it didn't come out too shabby. I love how simple it is-type in what you want and WHALAA!

Scrapbook Sunday #2

Yesterday, I went to my uplines house (Lis Ljung- labeled the "Queen of Stampng by SU!- just to let you know how awesome she is) to make some scrapbook pages- and ended up not only making 4 ADORABLE pages but an additional three projects that are 'OH SO CUTE!" I can't wait to share them with my customers. Here is one of the pages that we will be making this Friday at my scrapbook class. I just can't get enough of this Tart and Tangy set and the Summer Picnic DP. Have a wonderful Sunday- God Bless!

CCT and WSC #39- on Fiday OMG!

Are you impressed? A cute card Thursday challenge and Beate's Weekend Sketch challenges and combined and completed on Friday- well you just can't get much quicker than that- Enjoy!

Here were the sketches (they were so similiar that I decided to combine them)- Yeah!!! I love a sketch challie!

I used my Cricut for the hello friend, the candle paper is from Micheal's, and Greetings Galore from SU! Colored with my SU! markers (does anyone use those anymore- everyone has Copics now- but us po' folk! use the good ol' SU! markers) and i made the circles with good ol' fashioned CM circle cutters. But hey it's a card! and It's HANDMADE!

CCT-Vacation and a NO STAMP blog Challenge

This one is an old retired SU! set- that I love- and the flip-flop was just free- handed. It is my vacation card for the Cute Card Thursday blog Challenge (last week)

This one was for one of my SBS 17 sisters ( Marcie) that challenged us to make a card using no stamps- So I was doing some Sea World scrap pages and had these cute little fish left over... and TADA! a GO FISH Father's Day card!

A trip to the San Diego Natural History Museum

Stamp Camp #1

Here were all the cards we got to make at our First Stamp Camp. It was so fun and the cards were gorgeous and fun! The first set of cards was made with the summer picnic DSP and Tart and tangy stamp set. The second set were made with Pun Fun and various rollers. We charged $15 for 14 cards- after looking at some other stamp camps I felt that we were very competetive and a great deal!

A Duo/combo WSC #47 and Cute card Thursday

Well, I went on to the Cute Card Thursday blog just to see what the challenge was- and it was easy- add some bling to your card. Then I went and checked out Beate's Weekend Sketch I really liked the sketch so I started playing and created a card- and added some bling so that I could also enter the CCT challenge. But sadly enough I was too late forBeate's weekend sketch drawing :( Oh well I still got a cute card! :)

Stamp Something #1- "Firsts"

Here is my first post for the new challenge blog "Stamp Something." It actually is not stamped- but the challenge was for something "first"- either something that you have never tried before or a 1st of something. So the scrapbook page is of my daugther loosing her 1st tooth.

Teacher Appreciation is so deserved!

Well before heading over here to my new blog I wasn't posting much (ok anything) this week because I have been soooooo busy showering the teachers at my daughters school with gifts!

Monday we gave them popcorn that said- "You make this school POP! Thank you for planting the kernel of knowledge and keeping us all in a row. Yeah- We know this is corny!"

Tuesday- They got Apple cookies (homemade)- "A is for Apple, B is for Best, C is for Cookie.... Put them together and you get an Apple cookie for you cuz' you are the best."

Wednesday- They got little handstamped Post-it note key chains

Thursday- Orbit gum and kisses- "Kisses for you cuz you're outta this world"

Friday- They get LUNCH-YUM!
